Overview:

Here you can access a recording of a past "Ask the Expert" session with a leading bronchiectasis expert, Dr. Ashley Losier. Designed for clinicians practicing in community settings, this program offers practical, case-based insights into the recognition and diagnosis of bronchiectasis, strategies to reduce misdiagnosis, and the impact of pulmonary exacerbations on disease progression. Faculty will also share the latest perspectives on current management approaches and unmet therapeutic needs.

Learning Objectives

Upon completion of this course, the learners should be able to:  

  1. Recognize the clinical presentation and diagnostic criteria for bronchiectasis to improve identification and reduce misdiagnosis 

  1. Assess the impact of pulmonary exacerbations on bronchial remodeling and disease progression in bronchiectasis 

  1. Evaluate the current treatment landscape for bronchiectasis, including existing management strategies and unmet therapeutic needs
